Caroline was appointed Group Company Secretary in 2022. She is a Chartered Secretary by profession (ACG) with vast experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, corporate administration, and business compliance in both the private and public sectors in Jersey and previously the UK. She has experience in the preparation and submission of reports for the Automatic Exchange of Information (FATCA and CRS). Caroline has a Masters in Corporate Governance and Leadership and is an associate member of the International Compliance Association as well as the Chartered Governance Institute (UK).
