We are an independent and owner managed trust company business based in Jersey, priding ourselves on developing positive, long-term relationships with our clients and intermediaries. We have grown organically over more than 25 years, working with 40% of our clients for over 10 years.

Our staff turnover is exceptionally low and well below industry averages. 50% of our team have been with the business for over 5 years, and 25% for over 10 years. We aim to empower and develop our team to be the best they can be.
