Veronica joined Baccata in 2014 and has over 30 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, starting her career in a law firm and subsequently working in one of the largest trust companies in the Channel Islands. She has a very wide range of experience as well as technical know-how in the establishment and administration of offshore companies and trusts. Dealing predominantly with high net worth individuals, she handles a diverse range of complex structures involving securities, real estate, media and EBTs as well as managed trust companies and underlying entities.
