Paul joined Baccata in 2024 as Governance Director. Paul is a professionally trained management consultant accredited with the Chartered Management Institute with a proven track record in project/programme management across diverse organisations – with a particular interest in organisational design and governance.

Paul has extensive experience in organisations of varying sizes with multiple stakeholders across global jurisdictions. Paul has previously led the delivery of the Next Generation Virtual Account Management – client banking solution for JTC along with implementing a new Project Governance Framework. Paul has also spent time as a board member with the Chartered Management Institute.
