Nigel joined Baccata as a consultant in 2013 having worked in the legal and financial services sector for over 35 years. He is a former Solicitor and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors. Having begun his career as a lawyer in the City of London, Nigel moved to Jersey in 1984 and was a partner in a law firm before being appointed as Managing Director of the Jersey Trust division of a listed financial services group in 2003, leading a management buyout in 2008 and continuing in that role until 2012. Nigel acts as a trustee, director and adviser for ultra-high net worth families, with a particular emphasis on corporate governance, wealth structuring and commercial issues.
