Kevin, having qualified as English Chartered Accountant and Tax Technician in 1996 has worked in the fiduciary sector since 1994. He had five years of UK domestic trust and estates and associated taxation experience before emigrating to Jersey in 1999 this decision, then having been taken, to add an offshore dimension to his domestic knowledge.

The offshore sector has provided such a diverse client range, different entity types, cross-jurisdictional nuances e.g. forced heirships, taxation, regulatory and culture that he settled in Jersey. Client centricity has included, Austria, Switzerland, Israel, US, France, South Africa and Turkey and of course, the UK.

Kevin joined Baccata in April 2024.

Professional Qualifications

Profession Qualifications include Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Association of Taxation Technicians.
