Lisette joined Baccata in October 2016 with more than 25 years’ experience in Jersey’s financial and legal sectors. In July 2025, she assumed the additional role of Head of Client Operations alongside her position as Client Director, underscoring her strategic leadership and operational expertise. She specialises in managing complex client relationships and overseeing the delivery of services to sophisticated structures for ultra-high net worth individuals, including investment entities, family business interests, real estate holdings, and lifestyle assets. Lisette has well-established expertise in working with international private clients and delivering holistic family office solutions.
