About Baccata

Baccata is a privately owned Jersey trust company providing financial services to private and corporate clients.

Our philosophy is to provide a high quality trust service that is cost-effective and responsive to our clients' needs.

Our offices are situated in the centre of the financial district of St Helier and the company is managed by its Jersey-based board of directors and a team of experienced and qualified professionals.

We have excellent links with legal and accountancy firms notably in the UK and Europe.

Nicholas Falla, BA TEP

Nick is the principal of the company. Since 1984 he has worked with City and Jersey lawyers in trust and company administration dealing with both private clients and more specialist vehicles for corporates. He is a business graduate and a full member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Robert McIlvaney, FCCA

Rob is the company's Finance Director and trained in audit and accountancy work with leading accountants. Since 1994 he has worked predominantly in the preparation of financial accounts for both private and commercial client structures and assisted in the financial management and audit reporting functions in the offshore finance industry.

Mrs Ann Williams

Before joining Baccata Ann was a director of a leading bank-owned trust company in Jersey for four years. She had previously worked for more than twelve years with the American Chase Bank. She has considerable knowledge of company and trust administration and has travelled widely on client business. She is a full member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
